Judging Criteria

The judging for categories are based on the following criteria:

• Innovation: Measures the originality and creativity of the solution.
• Impact: Assesses the significance and effectiveness of the initiative.
• Scalability/Reach: Evaluates the potential for widespread adoption and growth.
• Ethics/Compliance: Ensures adherence to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Customer Experience: Focuses on the quality and satisfaction of the customer experience.

Each category’s total score is a combination of these elements, reflecting the overall excellence of the entries.

Nomination and Evaluation Process

• Registration: Start by registering yourself and providing the required details.
• Entry Submission: After registration, submit entries by selecting relevant categories.
• Completing Entries: Complete all fields to aid evaluation.
• Edit Flexibility: Entries can be saved and edited later.
• Evaluation: Nominations reviewed by research team.
• Self-Nomination Form: Complete the Self-Nomination form available on our website.
• Multiple Entries: Submit entries in one or more categories.
• Submission Fee: Self-nomination forms, along with any applicable fees, should be sent to Elets Technomedia.

Eligibility Criteria

• Entry Limit: No restriction on number of entries; separate fees apply per entry/category.
• Exclusions: Employees & immediate family of Awards Management, sponsors, partners are not eligible.
• Submission Requirements: Answer all relevant questions. Incomplete submissions may be disqualified.
• Editorial Authority: Elets BFSI Editorial Team may disqualify entries not meeting eligibility; decisions are final.
• Criteria Updates: Awards Management may adjust eligibility without prior notice.
• Participation Terms: All participants must adhere to the terms and conditions on the event website.

Award Judging Process & Stages

Evaluation follows multi-stage review and expert deliberation.

• Stage I: Nomination and Registration

  Register and complete required details. Select categories and submit entries with comprehensive info.

• Stage II: Preliminary Evaluation

  Elets BFSI Editorial Board will review and categorize all submitted entries.

• Stage III: Evaluation Process

  Advisory panel convenes. Editorial Board deliberates to determine winners based on consensus.

• Stage IV: Winners Announcement

  Winners will be announced a week prior to Awards Night.
